BY ORDERING ANY NSFW/18+ ART YOU ARE AGREEING THAT YOU ARE 18 OR OLDER.When confirming the payment of the invoice, you, the client, declare that the draft work has been approved and therefore you are aware of the design process. Changes can be made up to two times at no additional charge, but major revisions will be charged. Revisions have to be notified within 48 hours, after that the archieve will be closed.I take 50/50 payment ( i.e 60USD > 30 USD after sketch approval / 30 USD before file delivery )Terms Of Service
• Commissions are for personal use only. Ownership of the copyright as well as the right to use the artwork for promotional purposes remains with the artist. Please let me know if you intend to use it commercially so we may discuss the details.• Payments will be via Paypal invoice and will be received in 50/50. (50% after sketch and 50% before high-res file is delievered) Commission that cost less than 30$ can be paid full price• Prices listed are base prices with only a simple background. Additional props/complex designs/backgrounds and variants will cost additional starting at $5• The commission will generally take about 5 days to 3 weeks AFTER sketch has been approved. This may change due to the existing queue and the complexity of the commission. If you need it at a specific date, please tell me beforehand. Rushed commissions will incur additional charges.• The client will receive the full resolution digital file. No physical item will be delivered.• I am allowed to decline a commissionYou are not allowed to
➤ Change, modify or use my works for purposes that weren't discussed in the initial project.
➤ Take credit for the art or remove my watermarks/signatures.RefundsRefunds cannot be made after the project has been completed.
You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received.
If there are any problems your commission can be put on HOLD with the 50% half payment done when you are ready to proceed. Notice must be given within 24 hours after the first half of the payment is made. The artist will get back to working on your commission when you, the client, confirms is ready to proceed.
